The possibilities have increased exponentially and we needed help in realising those possibilities and choosing a system that best suited our needs.
"We evaluated 3Com’s NBX 100 Communication System proposed by Compusys along side Avaya IP Office and Samsung DCS" explains Matthew. "Simplicity of operation and cost were two key considerations. Although the NBX handsets, which are in fact network devices that connect to the LAN, were more expensive, the heart of the NBX system (a single compact server plugged into a LAN) provided the best value for money and included everything we needed ‘out of the box’ without having to buy anything extra. For the other two systems to match the functionality of the NBX we would have had to buy a voicemail licence and a web based management licence, which would have been costly." |
