IP telephony was a completely new proposition for Imaging Associates. "We were using a 10 year old PBX system with very basic functionality", explains Raj. "We knew very little about IP Telephony, and so I started to research the market; the technology, the different systems available and IT companies with an expertise in this area. I contacted a number of companies who were recommended to me at Comms Dealer Expo, one of which was Compusys."
