To control our Service and Support Operations, we use an advanced call handling system that tracks and monitors every single Customer Service Call. As each call is entered onto our System, it is assigned a unique call reference number. This is used to track and monitor all outstanding calls, with a full escalation procedure on the rare occasion that a call falls outside of the agreed response times. This escalation procedure flags the call to our Service Management Team, and is given immediate priority by our support staff. Our system allows us to produce comprehensive reporting of our Service Performance, and this information is available to our customers on request. |
